Before you write
How do I book a free trial?
Pick a teacher and a time on our booking page. The trial is free and takes 20 minutes, with no card or account needed.
How do I move or cancel a lesson?
Use the link in your booking confirmation email, up to 24 hours before the lesson.
How much is a lesson?
The trial is free. A single 60-minute private lesson is $40, paid by card when you book. After the trial, your teacher can suggest a plan, and Nana sends you an invoice by email.
What is Dozo?
Dozo is our Japanese learning app, with study tools, live speaking sessions and the Hiroba community. You can try it free.
