Lesson Policy

  1.  Please ensure that payment is completed before the first lesson of the month.
     Otherwise, we cannot start our lessons.

  2.  You won‘t be able to reschedule or cancel lessons within 12 hours before the lesson time.

  3.  To reschedule your lesson, kindly reach out to your tutor or our support team.

  4.  A lesson will be marked as a no-show if we cannot confirm your attendance in the first 15 minutes.
     (Tutors may end the call 15 minutes past the scheduled lesson time.)
