Seasonal Transitions

【English Translation】
Japan has four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Now, we are transitioning from summer to autumn. The days are still a little warm, but the mornings and evenings are becoming cooler. The wind feels slightly chilly.
Autumn is the season of autumn leaves. The leaves on trees in the mountains and parks turn red and yellow. It is very beautiful. Autumn foods are also something to enjoy. Chestnuts, sweet potatoes, and pears are some of the seasonal flavors that appear.
Seasonal transitions are also a time when it is easy to catch a cold. Since hot days and cool days come alternately, it is important to adjust your clothing. It’s a good idea to gradually prepare warmer clothes.
Autumn in Japan is short but very beautiful. Take walks, enjoy the autumn leaves, and taste seasonal foods to fully feel this seasonal change.
