みなさんは温泉に行ったことがありますか？
温泉は、日本のとても人気がある場所です。山や川の近くにあります。温泉に入ると、体があたたかくなって、元気になります。

今日は、日本の有名な温泉を5つ紹介します！

① 草津温泉 – 群馬県

草津温泉は、とても有名な温泉です。お湯があついです。
「湯もみ」という伝統的なイベントがあります。木の板でお湯をまぜます。
ポイント：1000年以上の歴史があります！

② 別府温泉 – 大分県

別府には、たくさんの温泉があります。「地獄めぐり」が人気です。赤や青の色の温泉を見ることができます。
ポイント：日本一、温泉の数が多いです！

③ 登別温泉 – 北海道

登別温泉は、北海道の人気な温泉です。鬼の像があります。お湯の色も白や緑で、種類が多いです。
ポイント：いろいろな病気にいいです。

④ 有馬温泉 – 兵庫県

有馬温泉は、日本で一番古い温泉のひとつです。茶色のお湯「金泉」と白いお湯「銀泉」があります。
ポイント：昔の天皇も来ました！

⑤ 黒川温泉 – 熊本県

山の中にある、小さくてしずかな温泉です。いろいろな宿があります。露天風呂が人気です。
ポイント：「入湯手形」で3つの温泉に入れます！

温泉のマナーと文化

温泉に入る前に、いくつかルールがあります。

体をあらってから入ります。
おふろの中でタオルを使ってはいけません。
大きい声で話しません。
タトゥーがある人は、入れない温泉もあります。

温泉は、体も心もリラックスできます。日本の文化を感じることができます。

Onsen (hot springs) are very popular places in Japan. They are often found near mountains and rivers. When you go into an onsen, your body warms up and you feel refreshed.
Today, I’ll introduce five famous onsen in Japan!

① Kusatsu Onsen – Gunma Prefecture
Kusatsu Onsen is a very famous hot spring. The water is hot.
There is a traditional event called yumomi, where people stir the water with wooden boards.
Highlight: It has over 1000 years of history!

② Beppu Onsen – Oita Prefecture
There are many hot springs in Beppu. The Jigoku Meguri (“Hell Tour”) is popular. You can see hot springs with red or blue water.
Highlight: Beppu has the most hot springs in Japan!

③ Noboribetsu Onsen – Hokkaido
Noboribetsu Onsen is a popular hot spring in Hokkaido. There are statues of demons (oni). The water comes in various colors like white and green.
Highlight: It’s good for many kinds of illnesses.

④ Arima Onsen – Hyogo Prefecture
Arima Onsen is one of the oldest hot springs in Japan. There is brown water called kinsen and white water called ginsen.
Highlight: Even emperors visited in the past!

⑤ Kurokawa Onsen – Kumamoto Prefecture
This is a small, quiet hot spring area in the mountains. There are many inns. The rotenburo (outdoor baths) are very popular.
Highlight: With a special pass (Nyūtō Tegata), you can enter 3 different baths!

Onsen Manners and Culture
Before entering an onsen, there are a few rules to follow:
Wash your body before entering.
Do not use towels in the bath.
Don’t speak in a loud voice.
People with tattoos may not be allowed in some baths.
