1年ねんは1月がつから12月がつですよね！でも日本にほんでは「年度ねんど」もあります😊「年度ねんど」は4月がつから3月がつまでです。学校がっこうや会社かいしゃの１年ねんは大体だいたいみんな同おなじタイミングで始はじまるんですよね🙌そして今日きょうは特とくに「年度末ねんどまつ」について話はなしたいと思おもいます！

「年度末ねんどまつ」の「末まつ」は「終おわり」という意味いみです。日本にほんでは多おおくの場合ばあい、4月がつに新あたらしい年度ねんどが始はじまるので、3月がつが年度末ねんどまつになります🙏年度末ねんどまつはとても大事だいじな時期じきで、この時期じきはとても忙いそがしくなります汗 私わたしも前まえは大学だいがくで働はたらいていたんですが、この時期じきはとても忙いそがしかったです😆

学校がっこうでは卒業式そつぎょうしきがあり、学生がくせいは友ともだちや先生せんせいとお別わかれをします。お別わかれは本当ほんとうに苦手にがてです… 私わたしは全すべての卒業式そつぎょうしきで泣なきました😂そして新生活しんせいかつの準備じゅんびが始はじまり、他ほかの県けんに引ひっ越こす人ひとがとても多おおくなります。日本にほんで引ひっ越こしたい人ひとは3月がつ～4月がつは避さけたほうがいいですよ🫨とても高たかくなるので🫢

会社かいしゃでも、仕事しごとのまとめや引ひき継つぎがあります。異動いどうや転職てんしょくで環境かんきょうが変かわる人ひとも本当ほんとうに多おおいです！日本にほんの年度末ねんどまつは「終おわり」と「始はじまり」が一緒いっしょに来くる特別とくべつな時期じきで、少すこしさびしいですが、新あたらしい出会であいもあるので楽たのしみでもありますね！

A year usually runs from January to December, right? But in Japan, there is also something called a “fiscal/academic year” (nendo). The nendo goes from April to March. In schools and companies, the year usually starts at the same time for everyone. Today, I want to talk about the “end of the fiscal year” (nendomatsu)!

The word 「末」 in 「年度末」 means “end.” In Japan, since the new year starts in April, March becomes the end of the fiscal year. It’s a very important time, and it also gets very busy. I used to work at a university, and this season was always extremely busy for me.

At schools, there are graduation ceremonies, and students say goodbye to their friends and teachers. I’m really not good at goodbyes… I cried at every graduation ceremony. After that, people start preparing for a new life, and many move to different prefectures. If you’re planning to move in Japan, it’s better to avoid March to April because prices get very high.

At companies, there is also a lot of wrapping up work and handing things over. Many people change positions or jobs, so their environment changes as well. The end of the fiscal year in Japan is a special time when both “endings” and “beginnings” come together. It can feel a little sad, but it’s also exciting because of the new encounters ahead.
