【English Translation】

How have you all been lately? In life, there are good times and bad times, right? Of course, there are times when stress builds up too. Today, I want to share what I do to refresh myself when I feel stressed! I hope it’s helpful.

First is a “steam hot eye mask”! This is, without hesitation, my number one way to refresh! You can buy it at convenience stores or drugstores. Just by opening the package, the eye mask slowly starts to warm up! It helps relieve eye fatigue, and it also gives your eyes a break from smartphone and TV blue light, so I highly recommend it.

Next is swimming! Actually, I took swimming lessons from about age 3 to 12! These days, I only go to the pool once in a while, but I always feel so refreshed after swimming! Last year, I went swimming in a river for the first time, and it was amazing! (Why hadn’t I gone before…? )

And lastly, having a picnic at the park! I’m usually busy every day and often feel like I’m constantly chasing tasks, but when I bring a picnic sheet to the park, I stop thinking about everything. Lying down, eating snacks, and relaxing slowly feels really good.

How do you refresh yourself?
