先生せんせいとしてたくさんの生徒せいとさんを教おしえながら、「どんなアプリを使つかっているのかな？」「もっと勉強べんきょうしやすい方法ほうほうはないかな？」といつも考かんがえてきました。「こんな機能きのうがあったらいいな」というアイデアもたくさんありました！

じゃあ「ないなら自分じぶんたちで作つくろう！」と思おもって作つくったのが Dozo です✨

Today, I have some exciting news to share with everyone!

We’ve finally launched Dozo, the Japanese learning app we’ve wanted to create for a long time. It took us a lot of time and effort, but we’re so happy that it’s finally ready for you to use.

We’ve always wanted to build an app that would genuinely help Japanese learners.

When studying Japanese, you often end up using one app for grammar, another for vocabulary, and yet another service for speaking practice. I felt the same way when learning foreign languages myself. I often thought, “I wish there were one perfect app that had everything in one place.”

As a Japanese teacher, I’ve also spent a lot of time thinking, “What apps are my students using?” and “How can learning be made easier and more effective?” Over the years, I came up with so many ideas, thinking, “I wish there were a feature like this!”

So we thought, “If it doesn’t exist, why don’t we build it ourselves?” And that’s how Dozo was born.

That said, this app is far from finished. We want to keep making it better and better, and for that, your feedback is incredibly important. After trying it, please let us know what you like and what features you’d love to see in the future.

Our goal is to build the most useful and easiest-to-use Japanese learning app together with all of you.
