I turned 27 this year! Today, I’d like to tell you a little about what I was like as a child.

When I was little, I cried a lot. And I loved bananas? (I guess you can tell from the picture on the right lol). I loved my family so much that I often cried and said, “I don’t want to go!” when it was time to go to kindergarten. I think it was because I always wanted to stay with my mom and dad.

In elementary school, I loved playing outside. I ran around and played with my friends every day. I was also a class representative (the class leader) and a member of the student council (a group of student leaders at school). I enjoyed speaking in front of everyone and doing things to help other people. I also worked hard at swimming. I competed in swimming competitions and practiced every day. I really loved sports when I was a child.

In junior high school and high school, I played softball, and I continued playing until university. Around that time, I started enjoying studying English. I also became interested in teaching Japanese. Of course, that passion hasn’t changed even now!

When I was growing up, my family and I were all very busy, so we didn’t have much time to spend together. Now that I’m an adult, I want to spend much more time with my family. I want to treasure the time we have together, whether it’s eating meals together or simply relaxing and chatting. The memories from my childhood are still some of my most precious treasures.
